3. Account Registration and API Keys

Verification results should be used as one factor in your decision-making process and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important decisions.

9.2 Third-Party Data

Our disposable email detection may include maintained lists and databases. While we strive to keep these lists current, we do not warrant that all disposable email providers are included or that the lists are error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• In no event shall checkboxHQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last one (01) month preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate verification results, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which your claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Term and Termination
